All of our products are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are going to vary, depending upon the weight of the item and also on the customer`s location, shipping charges will be waived off above certain shopping limit that is displayed on the home page or if you would qualify any other offer for the same.
For shipping within Canada:
It will cost anywhere from CAD $ 13 - CAD $ 40 per Kg depending on the expedited, Xpress post to Priority delivery. (Note: Cost and time of delivery may vary for remote locations). Cost of shipping may be waived if you will meet the minimum requirements of free shipping i.e shipping is free within Canada above CAD $100 of purchase
Will I have to pay for custom duties and International taxes?
Customs duty will be paid by the customer and are levied when the shipment reached your country. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Herizm.
Herizm cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the mentioned delivery timeline?
It is possible that courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on weekends and this is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. On an average, it takes 2-7 business days to deliver the product within Canada. For international shipping, it might take around 45 days to get the products.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number so you can track your purchase. You can also look up the status of your order online at any time from the link sent to you via email and also from the order tracking page.
Are there any hidden costs on items sold?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. List prices are final and are exclusive of the taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay excluding the taxes. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged extra depending on that whether you have shopped below or above the minimum shopping limit and also on the location where the product needs to be delivered.
Who will pay for the Returns and exchanges?
The customer has to pay for the returns and exchanges. Herizm will pay for the exchanges, only if, any mistake would have happened from our end and only if the exchange would have been approved by Herizm.
Cannot ship to my area. Why?

If you are buying in bulk or even the individual high worth items, we suggest you buy insurance of the courier companies for the safety of your delivery, the customer has to pay for the insurance but Herizm can help in getting the insurance. Herizm will not be held responsible for the missing items or less compensation than the actual purchase amount if the shipment would not reach them or if certain items were found missing if the customer didn`t opt to buy insurance for the delivery.
